What if Robert’s too busy for my meeting or appointment?
As long as his schedule allows Robert will be out there to interpret himself. However, Robert has a team of reliable, highly-skilled interpreters that are available to assist when he’s not. Either way, we’ll make sure you get the experience you deserve.
Do you make house calls? Do you travel long-distance?
Our interpreters and translators are available for travel throughout Chicago, the Midwest, U.S., and the world. Schedule a phone call for more info.
The court offers interpreters for free. Why should we work with you?
Midwest Korean Translation specializes in court/legal interpretation. Not all interpreters do so. When hiring an interpreter through the court you may end up working with a very highly-skilled or not so skilled interpreter. Chances are that you won’t know beforehand. With us you can be rest assured that we are familiar with legal terms and concepts. In law, one word can cost an entire case. Working with an interpreter that is familiar with legalese also means less time spent on worrying about English and more time spent on what’s important to you.
Do your linguists have loose lips?
All professional court interpreters adhere to a Court Interpreter Code of Ethics that binds us from sharing your personal information.
Can you handle rush jobs?
Yes, we do handle translations on an expedited basis. We cannot guarantee that we can expedite 100% of your rush requests (it may take a day or longer), but give us a call and we will let you know.
Do you provide certified translations?
Do you provide a letter certifying that you translated the document accurately?
I only have a few paragraphs to translate, but it’s crucial. Do you take small translation jobs?
Yes. We have a $75 minimum charge for translation projects.
I already read and write English, but I just want my work checked. Can you check/edit it?
Yes, we can check and edit your work.
Do you retain the formatting of documents?
Yes. Your translation will look as close to the original as we can possibly make it.
How much will it cost?
Please call and send us your project details or documents for an accurate quote. firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer other languages?
We specialize in the Korean language, but we do have Korean-Chinese linguists. Schedule a call for more info.
